A credential analysis provider applicant shall meet requirements established in:

(1) Article 2 of Chapter 10B of the General Statutes;

(2) the applicable standards set forth in the Department's Protocols; and

(3) the rules in this Subchapter except:

(a) Sections .0700-.1500; and

(b) Sections .1800-.2200.
